On Thursday June 27, 2024, at the Grandbazar, we offer you a culinary event inspired by Patrick Süskind’s novel, Le Parfum.

A literary and olfactory dinner whose menu inspired by extracts from the novel will be created by Alex Melotto.

For each dish, readings of these passages will be told by Eloise Joy.

Introduction
Course 1: Nose-sense of Jean-Baptiste

Salad of Brussels sprouts, walnuts, Pomegranate, Paris Championship and fresh goat’s cheese, walnut oil and prune vinaigrette (shorter dish title)

Tortello with runny egg yolk, ricotta, wheat and mint

Course 5: In Laura’s hair

Verbena panna cotta, flambéed plum compote with mirabelle plum, red pepper and angel hair (shorter dish title)
