Vanilla is far more than a simple aroma: it tells stories, evokes distant landscapes, and awakens our senses across cultures and continents. This olfactory workshop invites you to slow down, close your eyes, and immerse yourself in the aromatic richness of vanilla and suave notes.

In this first session, we will explore the fascinating universe of vanilla in all its diversity. Harvested from rare and precious pods, vanilla is characterized by its gourmand nuances—sometimes woody, milky, or floral—that stimulate both the nose and the imagination.

Program highlights:

• A sensory introduction to recognizing the main aromatic families of vanilla and suave notes.

• A discovery of vanilla’s subtle facets (fruity, woody, floral, milky) alongside suave accords: coumarins, tonka bean, benzoin, balsamic notes, and more.

• An immersion into complementary combinations that reveal the warmth, depth, and refinement of these enveloping notes.

• Sensory pairings to understand how vanilla and suave accords interact with gastronomy, perfumery, and personal memories.

This workshop is an invitation to listen, explore, and share. Each participant will leave with an enriched olfactory palette and a new way of experiencing vanilla and suave notes in daily life.
