IDEOGRAMS OF ODORSpublished on 2020-02-23
Draw me a smell
There is not really an olfactory vocabulary, we describe odors on referents of sensory, hedonic, original, chemical bases, of a physical state, of know-how … In East Asia, they describe themselves by taking shape.
Since 2018, thanks to ISIPCA, we have been investing in the development of perfumery training for young students from East Asia.
From different disciplines, from fashion like Beijing Fashion Institute of Technology in China, to scientists such as the Shanghai Institute of Technology and Huang Kuang University in Taiwan, we are committed to transmitting our knowledge in perfumery.
The tongue should not be a barrier to smells and perfumes.
Aware of the importance of this emerging market, we are working in this direction in order to be able to create a vocabulary and an intercultural olfactory language.
We support them, for some, in their professional path.
